EXPOSVRE INCORPORATED (“EXPOSVRE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) knows that privacy is of utmost important to all of us. In this Privacy Policy, we describe what kinds of Personal Information we may obtain through the App, Website, and Social Media Outlets owned, controlled and/or operated by EXPOSVRE, including your use of our mobile application (the “App”), Website, and Social Media Outlets (together, the “Sites”), and the services provided through the Sites and the App (all of the above collectively referred to as “EXPOSVRE”). We explain how we may use and disclose that information, the steps we take to keep it secure, your choices regarding our use of this information.     • Other identifying information, such as your date of birth, gender, photo, and content preferences;
    • Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, login data, unique device identifiers, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, mobile device carrier and other technology on the devices you use to access the EXPOSVRE App or companion website, as well as usage information, including referring and exit pages, date/time stamps, error logs, frequency of use, most loved and frequented pages, etc.;
    • Marketing and communications information, such as your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and others;
    • Any other Personal Information you choose to voluntarily provide to us or publish publicly on social media biographies or profiles, including when communicating or corresponding with us, or (where applicable) posting content (“Additional Information”).

We may also collect, use and share aggregated information such as statistical or demographic data for internal purposes in the beta phase. This information could be derived from your Personal Information but will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage information to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Site feature. However, if we combine or connect information with your Personal Information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined information as Personal Information which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

    • Analyzing and improving the EXPOSVRE: We may run calculations, aggregate, normalize, anonymize, clean, and make derivative works of your Personal Information in order to:
      • Understand and analyze usage trends and preferences;
      • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of EXPOSVRE;
      • Improve EXPOSVRE and develop new products, services, features, and functionality; and

    • As Directed by you: We enable users to share their own content with other people via EXPOSVRE

We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose our information except as necessary to perform services for us or to comply with legal requirements.

    • Affiliates and successors: We may share some or all of your Personal Information with any of our parent companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, sale of assets, dissolution, or similar event, your Personal Information may be part of the transferred assets.

Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to have your Personal Information erased. When deciding how long to retain your Personal Information, we take into account our legal and regulatory obligations, the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Information, the purposes for which we process your Personal Information described above and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means. We may also retain your Personal Information to investigate or defend against potential legal claims in accordance with the limitation periods of countries where legal action may be brought.

    We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of EXPOSVRE is directed to children under the age of 18. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under 16, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.

    We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to process payment information, and EXPOSVRE does thus not have access to any of your credit card information. Your use of Stripe is subject to the terms and conditions and the privacy policies of Stripe’s services.     Unlike other online platforms, EXPOSVRE gives you more control over your pages and posts, and choices about your content preferences and how your Personal Information is used. Note: EXPOSVRE does use algorithms to feed you content. Your profile: You can update your profile information in the “Profile” section of EXPOSVRE. If you want us to delete your account, you can click the respective button in your account settings. This will open a confirmation page asking you to confirm your wish to delete your account. If you confirm, your account will be deleted. Geolocation: If you have consented to location services through your browser’s settings, please consult your browser’s documentation regarding how to turn off location services. Note, however, that if you disable location services, you may not be able to use the full array of features and functionalities available through the EXPOSVRE App and companion website. Marketing: You can manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any EXPOSVRE marketing email. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You cannot opt-out of receiving transactional emails. When you sign up to receive text messages, we will send you information about promotional offers and more. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting “STOP” to our text messages.

    Pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83), California residents have the right to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, including the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties.     EXPOSVRE is hosted in and provided from the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your country of origin. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use the EXPOSVRE, you consent to any transfer and processing of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and you do so at your own risk.
